• 20-micron miniumum chrome layer depth.

• 1-3mm induction hardened depth, to 55-60 HRC Hardness (38MnVS6)

• Corrosion level 10 at 120 hours, Level 9 at 312 hours using ISO 9227 evaluated at ISO 10289 NSS.

• OD tolerance is f7.

• Surface roughness is Ra 0.07 – 0.2µm,

• Straightness 0.2mm per metre max.

• 600-800 (1045) – 850-1000 (38MnVS6) (N/mm² or MPa) Tensile.

• Surface Hardness is HV900 or 66 HRC non IH.

• Surface Hardness is HV750 or 60 HRC IH.

• Excellent machinability.

• Excellent weldability.

• High tensile premium material (38MnVS6).

• Ideal for earthmoving or forestry application in IH (38MnVS6).
